Veiled Origin commits to confidentiality: the display files [your company] submits — including their framework, tag references, and any identifiers within them — are treated as [your company]'s Confidential Information, used only to provide the requested migration services, disclosed to no third party except cloud subprocessors bound by equivalent confidentiality, and protected with reasonable safeguards. This commitment survives completion of the services. It does not apply to information that is public through no fault of Veiled Origin, was lawfully known before submission, is independently developed, or must be disclosed by law.

[your company] grants Veiled Origin a limited, non-exclusive license to access, store, process, and transform the submitted display files solely to provide the migration services requested, only for the time needed to deliver them and comply with this agreement.

You submit on behalf of [your company] (the "Customer" bound by these terms). You represent that you are authorized to submit these files, to enter this agreement, and to accept liability on [your company]'s behalf. [your company] represents it holds all rights needed to share the files and that the files and their use for migration do not infringe or violate any third party's rights or obligations (including vendor, licensor, or employer rights in the source displays). [your company] accepts all liability arising from the submitted files and will defend, indemnify, and hold Veiled Origin harmless from any third-party claim arising from the files or its breach of these representations.

The service transforms display definition files (the display framework — graphics, layout, and tag references) only; NO live, real-time, or historical process data is transferred, and any live values are simulated. Services are provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Veiled Origin disclaims all liability arising from the submitted files — their content, accuracy, legality, or third-party rights — and is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages; the confidentiality commitment above is unaffected. Files are used only to deliver the services, are not retained beyond the project time frame specified, and are destroyed upon delivery/completion. Do not submit live process data, personal data, unlawful content, or malware. Governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA.
